It is included with the free shipping module and included with any type of carrier shipping method chosen for any items valued or totaled up to $100. This method is very important for us at Whitelightningusa since any type of non-Signature Guarantee Service assumes the risk of non-deliverable or lost packages. PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED AND NEVER RECEIVED In the event your package has been lost, please file a claim through USPS by calling 1-800-275-8777. A package from USPS has marked as “Delivered” to the shipping address on file will not qualify for reimbursement. Please contact us if you need us to further investigate the issue.
